For the 5th consecutive year, Johnson & Johnson has once again been certified by the Top Employer Institute as a Top Employer 2024 in Switzerland. Despite many of the explored practices being new this year, we were able to increase our already high rating. Top Employer is an HR Audit, divided into four stages (kick-off, survey, validation, certification). The survey consists of 255 detailed questions assessing an organization’s HR policies and people practices. Six HR domains consisting of topics such as People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being, Diversity & Inclusion and Sustainability and more are covered. The organization’s performance score is then rated against the international standard.
