Our dedication to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion has been officially recognized with the Career Empowerment Label by the University of St. Gallen.
On Tuesday, January 26th our Re-Ignite partner, the St Gallen University’s "Women Back to Business" Executive Program hosted a virtual ‘Career Re-Launch’ event in Switzerland and invited Johnson & Johnson to attend and present our Re-Ignite Program to external companies and returners alike. In addition to our very own Re-Ignite hiring manager Sarah Swaney presenting at this conference with over 180 participants, we also won the Career Empowerment award for demonstrating commitment to providing return to work opportunities in our local community! This seal of approval distinguishes companies and organizations that are particularly committed to helping people in terms of career re-entry and re-orientation. In addition to Johnson & Johnson, other winners include large Swiss national companies, Zurich Insurance, UBS and SBB.
Our partnership between Re-Ignite and St. Gallen University continues to grow from strength to strength. Not only have we hired 2 returners directly related to a virtual networking event we hosted in September 2020 – with a 3rd on the way, we have two of our very own leaders – Manùela Arnold, Business Director Switzerland and Salma Rashad El Hamalawy, Head of Executive Search EMEA mentoring woman from the program who are looking to restart their professional careers.
